This person is a liaison between the kitchen and the dining room staff and needs to be comfortable dealing with both groups of people under stressful conditions. Must be able to carry big trays to Dining rooms as needed during Brunch/Dinner service. Prepare condiments as needed. Set-up and clean-up per checklists daily.
