Golf Instructor / Fitter

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Golf Instructor / Fitter, where you will inspire and elevate players of all skill levels through personalized club fitting. This vibrant role combines helping customers understand the fundamentals of golf with technical expertise in club selection, creating an engaging environment for both beginners and seasoned golfers. Duties • Conduct comprehensive club fittings using launch monitors and other advanced technology to optimize equipment for each golfer’s unique needs • Assess players’ skills and behaviors to develop customized training plans that enhance technique and confidence • Maintain a welcoming environment by demonstrating excellent customer service and behavior management skills • Assist in organizing and cleaning of the store. • Stay current with industry trends, new equipment innovations, and coaching methodologies to provide expert advice Experience • Prior experience as a golf fitter, with a strong understanding of swing mechanics and game improvement strategies • Hands-on experience with club fitting tools such as launch monitors, shaft analyzers, and club customization software Pay: From $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
