Job OverviewNewton Country Club is a private 18-hole club seeking dedicated and hardworking Greens Crew Members to join our team.As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our course.This position involves performing various tasks related to greens care and maintenance, and extensive knowledge of golf-course work ranging from bunker, tee box and greens maintenance.Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various projects.Seasonal grounskeeping such as plowing, leaf raking, and aeration.Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing physical tasks.Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to standards.Requirements Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping.Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality work standards.Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Join us in enhancing one of Sussex County's finest private golf courses!
