At Chaparral Pines, a Pool Attendant (or assistant pool facilities worker) ensures a safe, clean, and luxurious environment for country club members. The role focuses heavily on guest hospitality, area upkeep, and rule enforcement rather than just heavy maintenance, though physical tasks and food/bev support are common.Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Services: Greet members warmly, check IDs or gate passes, hand out towels, and take poolside food and drink orders.Facility Upkeep: Arrange loungers and umbrellas, clean the pool deck, and clear trash or used glassware regularly.Safety & Rules: Monitor swimmers, maintain a calm environment, and enforce club safety guidelines.Operations: Report maintenance issues or facility damage immediately to supervisors. (More technical "Assistant Facilities" roles may also handle vacuuming, skimming, and basic chemical checks).
