We are seeking a friendly and motivated Golf Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining the overall appearance of the pro shop. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting merchandise.
Operate cash register, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling.
Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory and restocking shelves as needed.
Assist with visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment.
Promote and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
Process returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pro shop area.
Skills
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Sales experience with a focus on retail sales techniques.
Proficient in cash handling procedures and cash register operation.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
Knowledge of retail math to assist with inventory management.
Ability to stock merchandise efficiently while maintaining store standards.
Experience in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
