Compensation Range: $68000 to $70000 per year (Depending on Experience)
General Purpose:
Assists in directing and overseeing all food and beverage facets including but not limitedto:high level communicationoperations member and guest satisfaction service training personnelproduct mix data ordering vendorrelationshipsservice leadership inventory labor and cost of goods controls and catering functions.
Essential Duties:
51% of each day is dedicated to managerial and supervisory dutiesDevelops schedulesforall food and beveragedepartments according to budget and forecastManages andassistsin the ordering of all alcohol beveragesmaintainsbeveragepour cost implements recipes and retail pricing of productWorks closely with the kitchen leadership to ensure food quality and consistency andappropriatetickettimeslaborand cost of salesAssistsin the completion of all month end inventories to include the kitchen bars and beverage cartAssists the Director Food and Beverage with budget development and cost analysisAssistsin the marketing of the restaurant and catering departments both internal and externalAssistsin the managingother managers front line associates in all food and beverage outletsManages service standards forall food and beverage outletsPromotes and implements all Troonfood and beveragestandardsproceduresand policiesAssistsand leadsinterviewing hiring training planning assigning and directing work evaluating performancecommunicates opportunities praise progressive performance documentations of all food and beverageassociates; addressing complaints and resolvingissuesManages department members that may include but is not limited to: Restaurant Manager Catering Manager Executive Chef Host Set Up Staff Cooks Servers Bussers Food Runners and any other food and beverage associatesAssures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate. Develops ongoing training programs and tests for comprehensionMonitors business volume forecast and plans accordingly in areas oflabor productivitycostsand other expensesIncorporates safe work practices in job performanceRegular and reliable attendancePerforms other duties asrequiredEducation/Experience:

Physical Demands:
