The Food and Beverage Server at Cabot-Managed Properties plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest service throughout the golf club’s dining areas and beverage service points, including service from the beverage cart. Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, this role demands flexibility with work schedules, including availability for nights and weekends to meet business needs. The Food and Beverage Server is responsible for creating a positive and engaging guest experience, ensuring timely and accurate service of food and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and bar areas.
This role includes interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner, making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations, assisting fellow servers, and handling payment procedures efficiently. The Food and Beverage Server also contributes to the overall atmosphere by maintaining orderly dining and bar areas, managing seating and greeting protocols, and representing the club’s high standards of service and hospitality. Physical demands require the ability to perform moderate physical activity including lifting, standing, and moving for extended periods.

High school diploma or equivalent
excellent customer service skills
3+ years experienced in food & beverage service
up-to-date health and alcohol cards, as legally required
well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately
ability to operate point-of-sale systems
