Coffee Barista – Zenbodi Coffee Trailer at ZenWoods Golf Club

Location: ZenWoods Golf Club - Inverness Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Join Our Team ZenWoods Golf Club is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Coffee Barista to run our on-site Zenbodi Coffee Trailer. Our coffee trailer serves golfers, guests, and the local community with handcrafted hot and iced coffee beverages, refreshers, and seasonal specialty drinks. We're looking for someone with prior coffee-making experience who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Responsibilities Prepare a variety of hot and iced coffee beverages according to company recipes and quality standards Craft seasonal specialty drinks and other beverages Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process customer transactions Keep the coffee trailer clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Maintain inventory levels and communicate restocking needs Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Open and close the coffee trailer following established procedures Answer guest questions and recommend beverages and Zenbodi products Work as part of the ZenWoods team to create an outstanding guest experience Qualifications Previous coffee shop or barista experience is required Experience preparing hot and iced coffee beverages Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, dependable, and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining beverage quality Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Weekend, holiday, and occasional evening availability is preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience with batch brewing methods, cold brew, flavored coffee beverages, and drink customization Hospitality or food service experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on food, beverages, and golf Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with an expanding hospitality and recreation brand How to Apply Interested applicants can apply by submitting an application through Indeed or by visiting our ZenWoods Golf Club website.
