About the Role
Overview
Do you love to teach the game and want to be part of the future of golf instruction?
SMART Golf & Fitness Instruction is looking to add an experienced golf instructor (fall of 2026) to our growing team of golf and fitness experts.
We have created an enviornment where work-life balance is prioritized, as evidenced by our 42-45 hour work week. We pride ourselves on creating a culture you will be proud to be a part of, and a job you are excited to show up to every day.
What sets SMART Golf apart from most of the golf instruction industry is that we don't do one-off lessons. We build long-term, membership-based relationships with our students. Real improvement doesn't happen in a single session, so our entire model is built around sustained coaching, structured development, and accountability over time, not quick fixes or one-time tips. We pair that philosophy with state-of-the-art facilities and a true golf-fitness crossover where instruction and physical development work together instead of existing in separate silos. It's a model most instructors have never had the chance to work inside, and it's part of why our members see real, lasting results.
