Head Pastry Chef — Dessert Innovations & Banquet Specialist

Monterey Peninsula Country Club is looking for a Pastry Chef to lead all pastry and bakery operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of seasonal dessert offerings across all venues.This full-time position requires strong pastry production knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage and train kitchen staff. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in an upscale kitchen and a culinary degree.
