Golf Customer Experience Specialist (Temp) - Upsell & Support

TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Specialist Customer Service to be the frontline for wholesale and e-commerce inquiries, answering questions, processing orders, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. You will use Salesforce and Dynamics, collaborate across teams, and aim for First Call Resolution while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. This is a 6-month temp position in Carlsbad, CA with base pay of $21.50 per hour.
