Outside Golf Services Attendant Country Club in Plano, Texas is looking for an Outside Golf Services Attendant. Position Overview: The Outside Golf Services Attendant provides outstanding customer service to members and guests while supporting golf operations through bag handling, cart preparation, range operations, and maintaining clean work areas. The role stages and stores golf carts, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for use, and provides golf-related services to help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for golfers. Reports to the Supervisor Outside Services. Requirements • Preferred high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. • Prior experience in a similar role or strong knowledge of golf. • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests, and staff. • Strong knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and best practices. • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service. • High attention to detail and reliability. • Ability to work primarily outdoors with frequent exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures and humidity. • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb ladders, squat, kneel, reach, grasp, push, pull, twist, bend, and lift/carry up to 100 lbs. • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed and availability to work weekends and/or holidays as required.
