Mayacama Golf Club, one of Northern California’s premier private golf clubs, is looking for a talented Family Meal Cook & Banquet Support team member who enjoys cooking from scratch and making everyday meals something to look forward to.

In this role, you’ll prepare fresh, satisfying meals for the employees who bring the Mayacama experience to life. You’ll also lend your culinary skills to banquet and catering operations, working alongside a team that values quality, creativity, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do

· Prepare and serve fresh, nutritious, and flavorful daily employee meals.

· Plan rotating menus that offer variety while staying within budget.

· Support food preparation and execution for banquets and catered events.

· Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.

· Assist with inventory, ordering, and proper product rotation.

· Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, and culinary team to deliver consistently high-quality food.

What You’ll Bring

· At least five years of culinary experience in a private club, resort, hotel, or similar setting.

· A passion for cooking from scratch and creating meals people enjoy.

· Required food safety certification.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· A collaborative attitude and the ability to adapt in a busy kitchen.

· Ability to perform the position’s physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

· Banquet production experience preferred.

· Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
