Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times Maintain a clean and neat appearance Set up bar area Restock bar with glassware Process all transactions Maintain accurate money drawer Maintain proper security of money and liquor at all times Help on main floor as necessary Clean bar area (wipe down liquor bottles, shelves and drains) Sweep and mop the floor Re-set bar supplies Physical Demands: Lift and Carry Full and Empty Glass Rack Weighing Approx. 10-15 lbs. Stand for 4-8 Hours Per Shift Reach Above Head for Glasses Twist Caps off Bottles Memorize Numerous Drinks Work Under Pressure from Servers and Customers Hazards Include, but are Not Limited to: Cuts, Slipping, Tripping, Falls and Burns Education and Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year previous experience Employee Perks Include: Free golf Discounted Hotel Rates Employee Meal Discount Discounted Spa Services and Retail And more!
