Full-Time Building Maintenance Specialist - Golf Club

Workweek: Wednesday - Sunday Responsibilities: Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary Implement preventative maintenance measures Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Complete inspections of all facilities Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol Operates vehicles to and from work areas and hauls equipment, parts, supplies and debris for disposal Moves furniture as necessary Performs other duties as designated by the Facilities Director Qualifications: One or more years of experience in maintenance work Solid understanding of a variety of repair techniques and tool operation Ability to work in a physically demanding job that includes heavy lifting and standing Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work tasks are performed indoors and outdoors and involve physical strength and endurance Must be able to work in varying temperatures and inclement weather Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis Must be able to drive golf carts and use maintenance related equipment Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
