The Role Bartenders at Cordillera Ranch are both craft beverage professionals and hospitality ambassadors for the club. You’ll prepare cocktails, beer, and wine while helping create a welcoming environment where members relax, connect, and enjoy their time at the clubhouse. This role requires attention to detail, strong beverage knowledge, and the ability to engage naturally with members while maintaining professionalism.

What You’ll Do Member Hospitality

Provide attentive, professional service to members and guestsBuild genuine relationships with regular membersEngage in authentic conversation while maintaining professionalismCreate a welcoming and energetic bar environmentBeverage Craft

Prepare classic cocktails, beer, and wine with consistency and accuracyMaintain strong knowledge of beverage offerings and menu featuresOffer thoughtful recommendations and upsell when appropriateOperational Excellence

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked barEnsure accurate member charges through the POS systemFollow all TABC and health safety standardsCommunicate effectively with service and culinary teamsTeam Support
