About the role
The Outside Operations Manager is a key member of the Golf Operations team at The Oaks Club, responsible for directing the member-facing operation from arrival through departure. Reporting to the Director of Golf, this individual will deliver a refined, personalized private-club experience defined by recognition, anticipation, exceptional presentation and genuine relationships.
The successful candidate is a highly visible, hands-on leader who combines strong hospitality instincts with disciplined operational management. They will recruit, train, schedule, coach and hold accountable the Outside Operations team while upholding clear standards for arrival, bag handling and storage, cart presentation, practice-facility operations, first-tee readiness and departure service. They will be expected to know the membership personally, understand individual preferences, and build a culture in which every team member owns the details that shape the member experience.
