This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming cafe environment while maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities Greet guests and take food and beverage orders with a friendly, service-oriented approachPrepare and cook menu items (e.g., breakfast items, sandwiches, grill items, snacks) in accordance with recipes and quality standardsAssemble, plate, and serve food in a timely and visually appealing mannerOperate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders, handle cash, and complete transactions accuratelyMaintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, prep areas, counters, and dining spacesFollow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelinesMonitor food inventory levels and restock supplies as neededAssist with receiving and storing deliveries in compliance with safety standardsSupport opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and cleaningAddress guest questions or concerns promptly and professionallyCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service flowPerform other duties as assigned by managementRequirements Previous experience in food service, kitchen, or hospitality preferredBasic cooking or food preparation experience strongly preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentBasic math skills and comfort handling payments and cashAbility to follow recipes, procedures, and safety standardsReliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
