Kids Club Assistant Site Manager

Position: Kids Club Assistant Site Manager
Location: Rice Lake Elementary
Hours: 6 hours/day - 7:30 am to 10:30 am and 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm (straight shifts available on NSDs and during the summer)
Start Date: August 17 or 24, 2026
Work Days: 12-month position
Salary: Base pay $19.92 per hour - $20.73 per hour (dependent on prior experience) plus $1.00 per hour (shift differential for split shifts)

Description
Provide primary supervision of children, plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum, and design/maintain safe and stimulating environments for children. Assist in supervision of child care staff. Assist program coordinator with other duties as assigned. Must pass employment background study.
Qualifications
Preferred Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience, school age child care experience, knowledge of social development of school-aged children, good communication and interpersonal skills required, current CPR and first aid certification. Employment subject to successful background study.
