<p>Heritage Palms Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and service-oriented 1st Assistant Golf Professional to join our professional golf team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated PGA Professional who enjoys working in a member-focused environment and wants to play an important role in the day-to-day operation and continued development of the golf program.</p>
<p>Working closely with the Head Golf Professional, the 1st Assistant will help oversee all aspects of the golf operation, including daily tee sheet management, member and guest services, tournament and event coordination, golf instruction, merchandising, outside services, and staff supervision. The successful candidate will be highly visible within the golf operation and will be expected to provide a consistently high level of customer service while helping maintain the professional standards within the department.</p>
<p>Heritage Palms offers a busy and engaging golf environment with an active resident membership, visitors, tournaments, leagues, and a wide range of golf activities throughout the year. The 1st Assistant will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with members while gaining valuable experience across all areas of golf facility management.</p>
