Oyster Reef Golf Club – Hilton Head Island, SC Pay Range: $16–$17 per hour, based on experience Status: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. This position performs a variety of general golf course maintenance duties to help maintain the course in excellent playing condition.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Mow and maintain golf course turf and surrounding areas Operate mowers, utility vehicles, blowers, trimmers, and other turf equipment Perform edging, trimming, blowing, raking, and general cleanup Assist with golf course setup and daily maintenance Help with landscaping, bunker maintenance, irrigation, and drainage projects Assist with fertilizer and plant-protection applications as directed Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas Follow safety procedures and proper equipment-operating practices Perform other duties as assigned by the Golf Course Superintendent or management

Qualifications

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Able to work outdoors in hot, humid, and changing weather conditions Able to perform physical labor for extended periods Willingness to learn golf course maintenance and turf management Previous golf course, landscaping, agriculture, or grounds-maintenance experience is a plus but not required Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver’s license preferred

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, takes direction, and wants to learn. Previous experience is not necessary for the right person. Training will be provided.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
