Become a key member of our welcoming team at Invited!Position OverviewThe Facilities Maintenance Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring our facilities are clean, well-maintained, and safe for all guests and members. With a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, you will perform routine maintenance tasks, address repairs, and collaborate with various departments to ensure that every corner of our property reflects the high standards we uphold.ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of carpets through vacuuming and spot cleaning, as well as sweep, mop, and polish floors across diverse areas including courts, exercise rooms, lobbies, and restrooms.Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, fixtures, and artwork to enhance the club's aesthetic appeal.Complete daily assignments effectively to meet and exceed club standards, including organizing work areas and managing waste disposal.Perform or coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks, including minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, carpentry, and other essential projects.Maintain and follow a checklist for preventive maintenance and improvements throughout the facility.Communicate effectively with the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize and complete work requests swiftly.Additional ResponsibilitiesBe ready to assist colleagues and take on additional tasks as assigned due to the dynamic nature of club operations.Uphold all policies and procedures, maintaining professionalism and high standards in all communications.Promote safety by following and encouraging compliance with safety guidelines.Proactively seek personal and professional growth opportunities relevant to the role.Tackle challenges successfully, collaborating with regional and corporate teams as necessary.Attend daily briefings to stay updated and contribute to team success.QualificationsHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent.At least 3 years of experience in facility or property maintenance, especially within a golf club environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience with minor repairs and maintenance tasks such as plumbing, painting, and HVAC systems.Training in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building maintenance.Awareness of OSHA regulations and compliance related to facility maintenance.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit, stand, walk, and drive frequently.Occasional exposure to temperature changes, dust, and fumes.Capability to lift up to 100 lbs. as necessary.Tools and EquipmentYou will use various tools such as ladders, construction and plumbing equipment, carpentry tools, and computers.Work ScheduleAdhere to the attendance requirements of the weekly schedule and be flexible to work extra hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.Employee BenefitsWe care about our team members.
