Pro Shop Attendant

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Golf Pro Shop Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional guest service and enjoys working in a fast-paced golf course environment. This position is responsible for assisting golfers, operating the pro shop, processing sales, and ensuring guests have an outstanding experience from check-in to the completion of their round.

Responsibilities

- Greet members and guests in a professional and welcoming manner.

- Check in golfers, manage tee times, and process green fees.

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.

- Answer phones, schedule tee times, and provide information about the golf course.

- Sell golf merchandise.

- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked pro shop.

- Assist with merchandising, inventory, and restocking displays.

- Coordinate with golf operations staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.

- Assist with opening, closing, and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of golf and golf etiquette is required

- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Previous retail, golf course, or customer service experience preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer and POS system experience.

- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
