Company Description Girls Who Golf is a youth-focused golf organization that introduces girls ages 6–10 to the game through fun, welcoming weekly lessons. The organization is committed to showing that golf is social, dynamic, and accessible to everyone, challenging traditional stereotypes about the sport. Its programs aim to get young golfers outside, build their confidence, and provide an encouraging early start. Founded by a golfer who discovered the sport later in life, Girls Who Golf is driven by the belief that a positive, community-oriented introduction to golf can inspire long-term participation and enjoyment.
Role Description Golf Instructors will deliver engaging, age-appropriate golf lessons to girls ages 6–10, focusing on fundamentals, safety, and confidence-building. This full-time role is on-site in West Windsor, NJ and involves planning lesson content, setting up equipment, and running weekly sessions that emphasize fun, inclusivity, and skill development. The instructor will demonstrate proper techniques, provide individualized feedback, and adapt drills for varying experience levels. Additional responsibilities include communicating with parents or guardians, maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, and assisting with program events and activities as needed.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Golf Instruction and Junior Golf, preferably with experience teaching or coaching young learners.Solid understanding of golf fundamentals and rules, with the ability to model and explain core techniques clearly.Familiarity with Golf Equipment and Training tools, including safe setup, use, and storage.Ability to create fun, structured training sessions that keep children engaged and motivated.Previous experience working with children in sports, recreation, or education settings.Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to inclusivity and positive reinforcement.Ability to work on-site in West Windsor, NJ, including occasional evenings or weekends as program needs require.
