We are looking for a reliable and hardworking dishwasher who can maintain cleanliness, support kitchen operations, and assist the management team with daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and overall kitchen efficiency.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans according to health and safety standardsMaintain cleanliness of dish area, kitchen equipment, and surrounding workspacesEnsure all dishes are cleaned and returned to proper stations in a timely mannerAssist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removalOperate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical usageKeep dish area stocked with necessary supplies (soap, sanitizer, towels, etc.)Support kitchen staff by maintaining a clean and organized back-of-house environmentFollow sanitation, safety, and hygiene guidelines at all timesMaintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and managementRequirements

Previous dishwasher or kitchen support experience preferred, especially in a high-volume environmentAbility to work quickly, efficiently, and accuratelyStrong understanding of basic sanitation and safety proceduresAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbsExperience in a small or fast-paced kitchen is a plusActive Food Handlers Card
