Play the Bay and Pro Shop Associate Eagle Creek Golf Club – Moyock, North Carolina Eagle Creek Golf Club is hiring two dependable, outgoing full-time employees to operate our Play the Bay TrackMan facility and assist in the pro shop. This is a customer-facing position for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable promoting memberships and can help create a fun, welcoming experience for every guest. Compensation Hourly payPlus commission on membership salesApproximately 40 hours per weekResponsibilities Welcome guests and operate the Play the Bay facilityHelp customers set up games and use the TrackMan equipmentSchedule reservations and check in bay customersAnswer questions about bay rentals, pricing and membershipsPromote and sell Play the Bay membershipsAssist customers and complete sales inside the pro shopAnswer phones and provide basic informationKeep the bays, pro shop and customer areas clean and organizedProvide friendly, professional customer serviceOpen or close the facility when scheduledQualifications Dependable, punctual and professionalFriendly and comfortable speaking with customersSales experience is preferredBasic computer and point-of-sale skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGolf or TrackMan experience is helpful but not requiredWillingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduledTraining will be provided to the right candidates.
