DishwasherRacine Country Club is seeking a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen while supporting our chefs and service staff in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, work well as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Previous dishwasher experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
ResponsibilitiesWash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment and by hand when neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen work areasProperly store clean dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipmentSweep, mop, and assist with maintaining clean kitchen floors and workspacesRemove trash and recycling and transport materials to designated collection areasRestock kitchen supplies and assist with inventory organizationSupport cooks and kitchen staff with basic kitchen tasks as neededFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety proceduresQualificationsPrevious experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or food service environment preferredAt least 6 months of dishwasher experience preferredMust be at least 16 years oldAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detailAbility to work cooperatively with kitchen and service staffAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 poundsReliable attendance and punctuality requiredAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededSchedule25 to 30 hours per weekPrimarily evening shiftsTypical schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 3:00 PM until closeCompensation$15.00 – $17.00 per hour, based on experienceBenefitsSupportive team environmentOpportunity for growth within the culinary departmentEducationHigh School Diploma or GED preferredJoin the team at Racine Country Club and help create an outstanding dining experience for our members while working in a professional and welcoming environment.
