Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant to the Food & Beverage Director to join our dynamic team. This vital role supports the management of all food and beverage operations, ensuring seamless service, high standards of food safety, and exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring culinary enthusiasm, strong leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality management to help elevate our club’s dining experience. Duties Key Responsibilities Daily Operations · Lead daily floor operations, including serving, bartending, and expo as needed · Ensure smooth FOH/BOH communication and shift flow · Maintain service standards and hold staff accountable · Support POS accuracy, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Staff Leadership · Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training servers, bartenders, and support staff · Coach team members and support performance management · Help manage scheduling and labor planning Guest Experience · Act as a visible leader during service · Resolve guest concerns related to food, beverage, or service · Build positive relationships with members and guests Beverage Program Support (Experience Preferred) · Assist with seasonal cocktail menu development · Manage ordering, vendor communication, and product selection · Track product movement and maintain inventory Events & Programming (Experience Highly Preferred) · Collaborate with the Social Committee to plan and execute events · Coordinate with event planners and the culinary team · Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on‑site management · Representing the club at trade shows, expos, and industry events Marketing & Social Media (Preferred, Not Required) · Support F&B‑focused marketing initiatives · Help manage social media posts and event promotions · Contribute ideas to increase dining traffic and engagement Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
