Successful candidate(s) will work closely with the Head Golf Professional to develop and manage a professional shop.
The primary focus will be to deliver a high level of service for our members and guests.
Competence in operating a point of sale (POS) system, including cash, card and/or otherwise cashless transactions.Develop and maintain an overall understanding of the Club's Golf Operation including Club policies, rules, and schedules.Manage special ordersHandle returns and exchangesDaily maintenance of the Golf Shop, maintaining a clean and inviting environment including organizing and properly displaying merchandise.Responsible for ordering, receiving and inventory of merchandiseGeneral understanding of the private club industry and retail experience is preferred.
This is a seasonal position working while the golf course and shop will be open.
Expected hours will be 32-40 hours per week, including one weekend day.
Compensation will be an hourly wage based on experience.
