About the Role
Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club is seeking an experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Resort Pool & Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beautiful resort-style pool, restaurant, and bar. This leadership position is ideal for someone who is passionate about exceptional guest service, team development, and creating memorable dining and recreational experiences for our members and guests.
This is a full-time management position. Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of restaurant and/or hospitality management experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Banquet and event experience preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, dependable, and guest-focused.
Passion for culinary excellence, hospitality, and creating outstanding member experiences.
Knowledge of food, beverage, liquor control, and labor management.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the Resort Pool, restaurant, bar, and food & beverage service.
Lead, motivate, train, coach, and schedule food and beverage staff while maintaining high service standards.
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review specials, operational updates, and staff development.
Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop menus, pricing, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
Maintain proper staffing levels, labor costs, food costs, and beverage costs while ensuring exceptional service.
Supervise bar operations to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with all alcoholic beverage laws and regulations.
Develop opening and closing procedures, cleaning schedules, shift rotations, and operational standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and resort operating standards.
Create innovative programs and promotions that increase member satisfaction, customer loyalty, and food and beverage revenue.
Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
Prepare departmental reports and maintain operational budgets.
Order food, beverages, supplies, and operating materials as needed.
Maintain appropriate inventory and par levels of equipment and service tools.
Utilize suggestive selling techniques and train staff to maximize guest satisfaction and sales opportunities.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless member experiences during daily operations and special events.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work extended shifts, including standing and walking for prolonged periods.
Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment as needed.
Must be able to work in both indoor and outdoor resort environments.
