The Assistant Golf Course Superintendent position is an integral component to the operations of the golf course. Under general supervision, is responsible for leading others in grounds maintenance work of considerable difficulty at a golf course, and performs related work as required. This is a supervisory position serving as the department manager in the Golf Course Superintendent's absence, responsible for the upkeep and care of a championship 18-hole golf course.
