Exact Staff is hiring for our client seeking a skilled Golf Course Maintenance Technician to support a high-end country club in Framingham, MA. This role is ideal for someone with experience in irrigation, landscaping, or turf care who takes pride in maintaining premium outdoor environments.

Maintain greens, fairways, and tee boxes to high-quality standardsOperate, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systemsSupport tree care including pruning, monitoring, and removal assistancePerform landscape work including planting and maintenanceMonitor turf health and assist with corrective treatmentsSupport seasonal projects and overall course improvementsQualifications:
Experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, or nursery workKnowledge of turf management, grass types, and plant identificationHands-on irrigation system experience (timers, valves, repairs) preferredTree care or arborist experience is a plusExperience in high-end or detail-focused environments preferredBilingual Spanish/English is a plusSkills:
