Job Purpose The F&B Manager plays a key role in supporting daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. This position ensures high-quality service, smooth execution, and consistent operational standards throughout the restaurant, bar, snack bar, on-course services, and event/catering spaces. This role is hourly but functions as an on-the-floor leader: coaching staff, maintaining standards, and reinforcing operational excellence that drives revenue and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Support the delivery of exceptional service and product quality across all F&B areas, including restaurant(s), bar/lounge, snack bar, beverage carts, catering, and banquet facilities. Assist with monitoring F&B performance, including sales trends, cost awareness, waste reduction, and overall operational effectiveness. Help onboard, train, support, and guide team members; reinforce performance standards and assist in corrective coaching when needed. Promote safe work practices in compliance with company policies, health codes, and proper equipment handling.
