Christopher Dymek is starting his 13th season as the PGA Head Golf Professional. He prides himself on creating a FAMILY enviornment amongst the staff. The individual that take on the Lead Assistant Professional Position must be a team player and a good human being. This position does come with HOUSING if needed. ### **Experience Required** - PGA Member or PGA Associate - The ideal candidate will be able to show through past and present effort the desire to become a future Head Golf Professional. - Proficient computer user with experience in Golf Genius, Microsoft Word/Excel, Adobe and other general computer applications. ### **Essential Responsibilities** As the Lead Assistant Golf Professional at Manasquan River Golf Club, the successful candidate has the responsibility for the overall management of the golf tournament operation and scheduling staff while working cooperatively with other departments. This position has a successful track record of acting as a spring board for those looking to advance their career to their own Golf Operations Leadership role. Over the past 10 years, three Golf Professionals in this position have attained their own postings as leaders of golf operations at other Clubs. ### **Benefits** - Includes competitive salary, private golf instruction income, and performance bonus.
