Head Golf Professional (Ronkonkoma)

Island Greens is opening its second location at Station Yards in Ronkonkoma in 2027: seven TrackMan bays, three dart bays, a full bar, and corporate suites, staffed noon to midnight with member access from 5 AM. We are hiring the Head Golf Professional who will build the coaching program from the ground up. Every new player starts with the New Swing Assessment, and the head pro converts assessments into ongoing coaching relationships, runs leagues and clinics, and leads a small team of assistant professionals as demand grows. Start date is ahead of opening. This is a builder's role at a company planning six to eight facilities on Long Island.
