Golf Gear Sales Lead — In-Store Team Coach

Golf Galaxy is seeking a Key Carrying Lead at our Tulsa retail location. You will be the in-store expert, delivering exceptional service while guiding teammates. You’ll help hiring, mentoring, and executing brand standards under store leadership’s guidance.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring safety and loss prevention. A strong customer focus and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.
