Capstone Hospitality is seeking a driven sales professional with a strong golf background to serve as the Membership Sales Director at a premier private golf club in the Lake Elmo, MN area.
This is a relationship-driven, sales role ideal for candidates with experience in golf, country clubs, private clubs, or hospitality environments, who are looking to grow within membership sales and client-facing sales roles.

Training Program
Capstone Hospitality provides a comprehensive training program to set you up for success. Training is conducted both virtually and on-site, equipping you with the tools, processes, and sales strategies needed to excel in the role.
Primary Role and Responsibilities include:
• Drive new membership sales at Capstone’s private client club
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual membership sales goals
• Develop and execute a strategic membership sales plan tailored to the club
• Utilize Capstone Hospitality’s proven lead generation programs
• Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, networking, and marketing efforts
• Manage the full sales process: lead qualification, presentations, tours, follow-up, and closing
• Foster referral business through relationships with current members and staff
• Provide timely and accurate reporting of sales activity and results
• Serve as an integral part of the on-site club team, delivering exceptional service to members and prospects
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales and marketing experience
• Minimum 2 years working within the private golf club industry
• Strong golf background; you understand the game, the culture, and the value of a private club membership
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-making
• Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems
• Willingness to complete required training and work on-site in Lake Elmo, MN area
• Comfortable working Tuesday–Saturday in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Compensation
• Performance-based compensation (must be comfortable with commissions)
• Average earnings: $70,000 – $90,000+
• Uncapped commissions
Schedule
Full-time | Tuesday – Saturday
