Our kitchen is looking for a Pantry Chef to own the "cold line" and elevate our members' dining experience. From vibrant seasonal salads to intricate charcuterie boards, Hot Appetizers, and decadent chilled seafood, you’ll be the architect of every first impression.
What You’ll Do
Craft & Create: Prepare all cold menu items, including appetizers, salads, dressings, and desserts, with a focus on high-end presentation.
Manage the Station: Keep your workspace pristine and organized, managing prep lists for daily service and high-profile club events.
Collaborate: Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop seasonal specials and banquet menus.
Quality Control: Ensure the freshest ingredients are used and that every plate leaving your station meets our "gold standard."
What You Bring
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or private club.
Skill: Strong knife skills and a deep understanding of garde manger techniques.
Mindset: A "no-task-too-small" attitude and a passion for consistent excellence.
Flexibility: Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays (that’s when the club magic happens).
