The Food and Beverage Director role at The Woodlands Golf and Country Club - Tournament is a pivotal leadership position within the Food & Beverage Department. Reporting directly to the Club Manager, this exempt position commands a broad range of responsibilities aimed at directing all food and beverage operations with excellence, innovation, and financial prudence. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining a talented team of food and beverage professionals who share the club’s values of quality service and operational excellence. This leadership role demands a hands-on approach to managing daily operations while also focusing strategically on long-term planning to elevate the food and beverage experience offered at the club. The Food and Beverage Director will guarantee that all financial targets are met, ensure adherence to proper accounting practices, and maintain compliance with national programs such as the Core Beverage Program, Menu Program, Approved Product List, and Beverage Cartender program. Communication and collaboration across departments are critical facets of this role, facilitating a cohesive and unified club environment.
