This role will focus on identifying and correcting data discrepancies, maintaining business rules, validating employee records, and assisting with HRIS data integrity projects.
This position is heavily focused on data entry, data validation, and repetitive transactional work. Many assignments involve reviewing large volumes of employee records and making consistent updates that may take several days to complete. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, is comfortable performing repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy and can maintain focus and attention to detail throughout lengthy projects. This position reports directly to the Director of HRIS.
