Blayze Group is partnering with a well-established commercial general contractor to appoint a Superintendent to lead ground-up commercial projects across Dallas and the surrounding areas. The Role Lead daily field operations on ground-up commercial construction projectsManage subcontractors, field teams, schedules, safety, quality, and site logisticsOversee project execution from site mobilization through closeoutCoordinate trades, inspections, materials, deliveries, and day-to-day site activityRead and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documentsWork closely with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects movingMaintain clear site documentation including daily reports, progress updates, safety records, and field coordination notesDrive quality control and ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule Background Sought Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Field Superintendent, or Lead SuperintendentStrong ground-up commercial construction experience is essentialBackground coming up through the trades, ideally carpentry, framing, or field supervisionExperience working for a commercial general contractor preferredStrong understanding of site sequencing, subcontractor coordination, safety, and quality controlAble to manage projects independently and communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and trade partnersStable career history and a hands-on field-first approach Why This Opportunity This is a strong opportunity to join a respected commercial contractor offering long term stability, a strong project pipeline, and the chance to lead quality ground-up commercial projects across the Dallas market.
