Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques to ensure a polished appearance.
Conduct janitorial tasks such as restroom sanitation, surface disinfecting, window cleaning, and restocking supplies.
Assist with custodial responsibilities related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance to support overall building operations.
Support basic painting tasks in residential or commercial settings when needed to enhance space appearance.
Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including floor buffers and industrial vacuums.
Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a hazard-free environment for yourself and others.
Requirements
Proven janitorial or custodial experience with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards.
Knowledge of floor care techniques such as buffing, stripping, sealing, and polishing.
Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning environments is highly preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, and bending frequently.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus.
