Responsible for executing the sales process from business development to nurturing leads and closing the sale in order to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. The product line for this role will be Private Events.
Primary Responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for the development and execution of prospecting and marketing plans for membership salesSchedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads and executes sales strategies through timely follow up and activities that produce high closing ratesConduct tours of the club to qualified prospective members, coordinating with other departments to create customized experiences that increase salesEstablish client base of organizations, associations, social and corporate businesses through direct outside and inside sales effortsRepresent the club at trade shows and other public forumsManage prospect database and pipeline including detailed notes and organization utilizing CRM systemDrive lead generation through cold-calling and outside business developmentMaintain communication with club and sales support team through weekly forecasting, business reviews and sales reporting as necessaryConduct quarterly competitive market analysis for development of pricing and positioning strategies for growing revenue
Qualifications:
Minimum five years of commissioned sales experience preferredProven ability to prospect, negotiate and close new businessStrong prioritization, planning and organizational skillsAbility to utilize CRM and funnel management tools and apply them consistently to forecast business, manage customer opportunities, build opportunity pipeline, and make business decisionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in leading others preferredSets high goals and continuously strives for excellenceEffectively illustrates a compelling point of view and moves others to actionBachelor's degree from four-year College or University
