Do you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in a job well done, and appreciate the beauty of a perfectly maintained golf course? Cove Creek Club is looking for a reliable, hardworking Greenskeeper to join our grounds team and help maintain the exceptional playing conditions our members expect.
Compensation: This position is seasonal, $18.00 - $20.000 per hour depending on prior experience.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Greenskeeper, you’ll play a key role in the daily upkeep and overall presentation of the golf course. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and being outside.
Responsibilities include:
Operate mowers, tractors, and light equipment safely and efficiently
Perform daily equipment checks, including fluid levels and condition
Report equipment issues or abnormalities to supervisors
Clean and store equipment properly at the end of each shift
Maintain greens using walking mowers
Assist with bunker maintenance, weed eating, and backpack blowing
Plant and maintain annuals, shrubs, and native landscaping
Support general golf course and property maintenance projects
Drive turf vehicles and assist with grounds construction tasks
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous golf course or landscaping experience (preferred, not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be at least 18 years old
Availability for weekends and holidays as needed
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with equipment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
