What You'll Do
Golf Course Maintenance
Maintain bunkers on a daily basisSand and seed divots from the prior day's playBlow off cart paths and maintain course cleanlinessFly-mow steep bunker facesEdge bunker heads, valve boxes, and cart pathsOperate small push mowers and other turf maintenance equipmentRoll greens to maintain playing conditionsLearn to safely operate on-course mowing equipmentPick up leaves, trash, and grass clippings as neededOperate golf course utility vehicles for transportation throughout the propertyIrrigation & Course Care
Assist with irrigation applications as directed by supervisorsSupport overall course conditions and appearanceIdentify and communicate maintenance needs to leadershipTeam Contribution
Work effectively in a team-oriented environmentFollow safety procedures and operational guidelinesArrive on time and prepared for each shiftPerform required roles during emergency situationsAssist with additional duties as assignedQualificationsWhat You Bring
One (1) year of related experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Bilingual speaking abilities are a plus
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and outdoor weather conditions Occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions, extreme cold, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock Frequent lifting, bending, climbing, stooping, pushing, and pulling Ability to lift up to 100 pounds Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions
