Agate Beach Golf Course is a busy public golf course dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for golfers of all skill levels. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Golf Pro Shop Associate who enjoys working with people and appreciates the golf industry.
Responsibilities
Greet golfers and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
Check in players and process green fees, cart rentals, merchandise purchases, and other transactions using the point-of-sale system.
Answer phone calls, schedule tee times, and assist customers with questions about the course, rates, and events.
Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked pro shop.
Assist with merchandise displays, inventory, and restocking.
Support tournaments, leagues, and special events as needed.
Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and balancing the register.
Promote a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service to every guest.
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Retail, hospitality, or golf course experience is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of golf industry and etiquette
Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
