About the Role

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a unique and compelling opportunity at one of the nation’s most prestigious golf clubs. Shadow Hawk has a great history, culture, and an incredible Team and Membership.

Shadow Hawk is a true Golf Club. The vision for the property was and continues to be a straightforward concept: create and operate a small standalone private golf club offering a rare golf experience. Members enjoy a peaceful refuge from the big city, where one can quietly entertain friends, be with family, or just get away to enjoy a more reserved environment.

Our distinguished membership is capped at 325 total members. Accessibility to the course, even on Saturday mornings, is a given, and rounds of four hours are considered slow by most members, even those who walk with a caddie. A service-minded staff is ready, and the clubhouse space comfortably fits the understated yet elegant feel of the Club. Shadow Hawk has embarked on a journey to become Houston’s finest golf club. Over the past several years, we have interviewed our employees, members, and management to determine precisely what our members want, what our employees need, and how we can deliver the best possible member experience. Even with our high standards, surveys continue to reflect improvement in overall member experience. Our goal is to continue to get better each day while striving to be Remarkable. Shadow Hawk is a special place, and we look forward to adding an elite Assistant Golf Professional.
