Part‑Time Golf Course Maintenance PositionLocation: Paoli, PA 19301 Hourly rate: $16.00 – $18.00 (depends on experience) Welcome to Waynesborough Country Club. We are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking individuals to join our Greens Department. Prior experience is not required – we will provide on‑the‑job training for anyone who takes pride in their work and has a positive attitude. Role OverviewYour main responsibilities will be to support daily course preparation. Key tasks include: Detailed bunkeringWalk mowing greens and approachesFilling divotsCourse cleanup and general maintenanceOther miscellaneous duties as neededThis position is ideal for someone who enjoys exercising, working outdoors, and doesn’t mind getting hands dirty. We offer a supportive, fun work environment with a high seasonal employee return rate. Qualifications & Schedule• Must be able to commit to every other weekend morning shift on each Saturday and Sunday. • Typical start times: 5:30am on weekdays, 5:00am on weekends. • Shift length is flexible and depends on availability; typical end times are around 11:00am on weekdays and 9:00am on weekends. Additional hours will be offered when weather and workload allow. Benefits• Staff hat and shirts provided. • After two successful weeks of employment, you may walk and play golf for free on any Monday when the club is closed.
