Job Summary/Overview
The Golf Cart Attendant will attend to the needs of getting the golfer ready for. The attendant will also see that all aspects of preparation is attended to for the enjoyment of the golfer. This includes but is not limited to inventory, running the cash register, issuing golf carts, and working with residents of the community directly.
SCHEDULE:
Part-time: 15-20 hours/week - Hours flexible, on-call coverage is required as necessary
Monday and Tuesdays: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Saturday: 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM
Essential Duties and responsibilities

• Checking water in cart batteries
• Reporting required upkeep and maintenance of Ranger golf carts
• Daily maintaining the golf cart inventory
• Reporting cart damage
• Maintaining proper tire pressure
• Checking returned golf carts for debris and damage
• Plugging in carts at end of each day
• Sweeping off, washing, and wiping down carts
• Maintaining golf course traffic and proper golf etiquette
• Insuring player notification and evacuation in the event of inclement or threatening weather
• Verification of correct positions of flags, signs, ropes, rakes, tee markers, and filling sand containers if needed
• Reporting water leaks or faulty conditions of sprinkler heads
• Reporting on course safety conditions
• Assisting in the cleaning of the Pro Shop and Cart Barn on inclement days
• Assisting in the upkeep and appearance of the golf course by picking up trash and small debris
• Maintaining spike brushes are free from debris at the Pro Shop and Locker Rooms
• Cleaning all bathrooms near the Pro Shop area.
• Emptying trash cans and picking up trash and debris on driving range, outside of Pro Shop and cart area, etc.
Technical Responsibilities:
• Familiarity with golf carts is helpful
In addition to the responsibilities described above, the role may include such other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time, based upon OTOW Inc. needs or requirements.

• Reports any incident or accident immediately to their supervisor. Informs of any issues.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Technical Skills)
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Computer literate helpful
• Bi-lingual helpful
Working conditions
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. This position is regularly exposed to wet or humid conditions. The majority of work is performed in outdoors. Exposure to high temperatures (95 degrees and above), low temperatures (32 degrees and below) and a variety of weather conditions is common. The typical noise level is moderate to loud.
