<p><strong>ABOUT</strong><br />Kinloch Golf Club is widely recognized as one of the most unique golf experiences in the country. Designed by Vinny Giles and Lester George, the club sits on 255 acres with many risk-reward opportunities but also is made for the everyday golfer as well. The Kinloch Experience is known for simply great golf paired with the best of southern hospitality. The course has earned multiple <em>Golf Digest</em> Top 100 rankings (currently #74 and #1 in Virginia) and has a Practice Facility and Training Center that is second to none. The club has three 8-bedroom cottages on property that are heavily used by our members for entertaining their guests. Kinloch has hosted two USGA Championships and is host to an annual elite Mid-Am and Senior Am competition, The Giles Invitational.</p>

<p><strong>SUMMARY<br /></strong>We are seeking an Assistant Golf Professional to enhance the golf experience for the membership and their guests. This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day Golf Operation with a primary focus on providing exceptional service and hospitality to the membership. This position is designed to develop the skill set, responsibilities, and judgment of an Assistant Golf Professional towards that of a Lead Assistant Golf Professional. This person should ultimately have the desire to become a Head Golf Professional or Director of Golf. The Assistant Golf Professional position is a Salaried Full-Time position that will work approximately 40 hours a week.</p>

<p><strong>HOURS/DAYS<br /></strong>The anticipated schedule is a 5-day work week with averaging 40 hours a week. The ability to work weekends are a necessity to this position. The Club is closed on Mondays except for Memorial Day and Labor Day and does not host any outside outings.</p>
